Topic of the Week (Halloween) – Our hot topic of the month has finally kicked off and so many upcoming names have shared their holiday plans for Halloween. I had prepared hot topic questions that would generate different responses from the people I’m interviewing matter how similar the questions were. This time I caught up with independent Connecticut model Alexa Amado to get the inside scoop on what her plans were, what were her favorite horror movies, holiday treats, and more. Enjoy the interview!

Internet Hollywood: Good afternoon Alexa!! Welcome to the Internet Hollywood universe. It’s always a pleasure interviewing new faces and giving them their first publication on our website. How’s your Halloween planning been going? Will you also be dressing up as someone on the holiday?

Alexa: Hey what’s up Internet Hollywood universe? The pleasure is mine thank you! My Halloween planning, well nothing special just yet. I will definitely be dressing up because what is Halloween without getting into character. I was thinking of dressing up as Eleven from Stranger Things because I think she is so bad a**.

Internet Hollywood: In previous interviews, I discussed how the effect of Halloween changes as we grow from children to adults. When we’re younger we feel the excitement in being those we watch on television but as we grow older we tend to become less interest in things like trick or treating and look at as a children’s holiday mostly. Why do you feel that is?

Alexa: Well my thought on it is, their lose. Holidays like Halloween are what make life a little more exciting. Some of us will never grow up in the aspect of just having fun and learning to live a little, kid or not. In a good way lol.

Internet Hollywood: What are some of your favorite horror movies to watch during Halloween time and what horror movie or character terrified you the most when you were younger?

Alexa: Wow that’s a tough question because there are many lol. Some of my favorite horror movies to watch around Halloween time; definitely Hocus Pocus, Halloweentown, Seed of Chucky, Scream, and of course Insidious. Some scarier than others, what can I say I’m a kid at heart. Chucky was definitely creepy to me when I was younger. As a matter of fact, my mom used to have a Chucky doll in her closet and I think it was to purposely scare us to not steal our Halloween candy from her closet lol

Internet Hollywood: Have you ever been through a haunted experience or experienced anything many people would consider supernatural?

Alexa: Unfortunately I haven’t experienced anything supernatural. And I don’t think I’d ever want to. I respect the dead too much to mess with it.

Internet Hollywood: last question; what were some of your favorite treats and food to come by during trick or treating and is there a certain kind of food you like to eat on the holiday?

Alexa: I love Pumpkin Spice everything around the holiday. Favorite candy for sure Reeces, I never get tired of chocolate and peanut butter.

Internet Hollywood: Thank you for the interview Alexa! Have a great Halloween!
