Designer & Photographer Mark Painter gave us the scoop on his Thanksgiving plans, discussed being home alone, eating medicated treats, and more!

Topic of the Month (Thanksgiving) -Designer & Photographer Mark Painter was kind enough to take some time out of his day to put us on game with everything he had going on for Thanksgiving. As stated in previous stories, a couple of Thanksgiving interviews were done but due to the website being shutdown for a few days because of miscommunication with the host I was unable to post the interviews on Thanksgiving.

I got in touch with Mark over messenger and I asked if he would like to participate in our hot topic discussion of the month and he told me yes. I sent him five hot topic questions and got all the information I was looking for in his responses. Check out the interview below!

~*~*Holiday Interviews /w Mark Painter*~*~

Internet Hollywood: What’s up Mark?! Welcome back to the Internet Hollywood universe. It is always a great pleasure talking with you. Internet Hollywood’s topic of the month is Thanksgiving. I have been preparing hot topic questions for everyone to answer and that journey has been an educational one so far. Where will you be spending your Thanksgiving and will you be doing any cooking at all?

Mark: Most of my family is on the Vinyard,California or Ireland. This Holiday season. I’ll be “Home Alone” holding it down and hosting folks between their holiday plans. I’m just going chef up some hors d’oeuvres and grab some locally brewed cider and beer from Lookout Farm up the street form me this Thursday. I’m anticipating just a handful of people dropping in.

Internet Hollywood: What are some of your favorite kinds of meals to eat around this time of year and is there anything you strongly dislike?

Mark:  I like to eat everything but I’m not doing any traditional cooking this year. Just making some special medicated treats if that counts. Got to keep the season jolly no doubt.

Internet Hollywood: The holiday season is the most busiest time of the year that also brings a lot of people together. Do you feel this year will be a busy one for you or have you been making an effort to make it as settle as possible?

Mark: I’m supper busy this time of year as I am every year because I make most my $$ selling apparel on ETSY. I’m happy to have a few folks come by this Thursday to help me get ready for “Black Friday” and the rest of the shopping season!

Internet Hollywood: What are some of the things that you are thankful for?

Mark: I’m very thankful for all my friends who model, take photos and the return customers that sometimes become friends as well and help me stay working in this competitive and saturated market.

Internet Hollywood: Although many people have families and friends to celebrate with this year, there are still people out there without family, friends, or the finances to celebrate Thanksgiving like others do. What are some of the things you feel people could do to help homeless people have a happy holiday like people with families?

Mark: Not to sound corny but I just think you gatta keep generosity in you heart year round and “be the change” as thay say. It feels good to give weather it’s your money or your time.

Internet Hollywood: Thank you for the interview, Mark!
