Rapper Meek Mill speaks out about his incarceration in an interview with Lester Holt of NBC Nightly News

Popular – Philly rapper Meek Mill is doing numbers from behind the cell walls but his music lives on. A few days ago, his team released his song ‘1942 Flows’ on Youtube and it has already passed 2 million views. The Philadelphia musician was locked up for violating probation for what many people claims are unheard of. One of the claims is that he popped a wheelie on a motorbike and the other is that he got into some physical altercation, but many people claim the physical altercation included Meek Mill stopping a fight from happening. But that’s just one of the few things we heard from other sources.

Nightly News’ Lester Holt got the exclusive from the imprisoned rapper that openly shared how he kinda knew in the back of his head that 10 years of probation would bring him back to prison.

“It was always a thought in the back of my mind that 10 years of probation would bring me back to prison because a technical violation is police contact.”
