It’s Mike Chang with sixpackshortcuts, and today we are going to talk about how to create a pull up bar at home! And I am going to also show you how you can do pull ups even if you can’t do one now. Tricks like this can help you do exercises that will help you on your way to getting the body of your dreams.
0:53 When you choose a bar, make sure it is as stiff and as strong as possible, because you don’t want it to break.

2:08 With this pull up bar we are making sure it doesn’t slide off the chairs we are using so it doesn’t slide around, and keeping the towels secure with a bit of scotch tape.

5:00 When you use this bar you want to make sure it is hitting the middle of your chest, so you are contracting your whole back. And you want to keep your repetitions controlled.
