~*~*Interview /w Sarah Laiuppa*~*~

Internet Hollywood: What’s up Sarah!? It’s a pleasure to chop it up with you again. It’s been a while since we had an interview together. How has your holiday planning been going? Are you planning on anything for Halloween?

Sarah: Haha, unfortunately, I won’t be doing much for Halloween this year since I work and have class at night. I have been eyeing this skeleton bodysuit on Amazon and am considering getting it since it would be funny to wear it to my figure drawing class.

Internet Hollywood: Someone as talented and visual as you must have a very interesting view on some holidays. What does a holiday like Halloween mean to you and what do you feel the holiday should mean to everyone else?

Sarah: I like that Halloween has its own meaning to everyone, I wouldn’t wish people to have the same exact perception on it or just follow mine. My meaning of Halloween is a good time to reflect on the transition of the seasons, being with friends, and just having a good time. I love seeing the creativity blossom in all types of people when they prepare their costumes, I think the holiday helps brings out people’s creativity and self-expression. Of all holidays Halloween is probably my favorite aesthetically.

Internet Hollywood: I have been on the quest to discover everyone’s past stories, favorite movies, and strange encounters. But the one that I got the most interesting answers from was the strange encounters people say they would have when going through “haunted” experiences. Have you ever experience anything strange or unusual at all in your lifetime?

Sarah: I haven’t experienced anything supernatural. I’m fairly skeptical though. I used to suffer from sleep paralysis and it got to a point I thought I was being haunted then, but once I learned about sleep paralysis and how it works I understood my symptoms.

Internet Hollywood: What are some of your favorite horror movies to watch and what horror movie and character you feel terrified you the most?

Sarah: I avoid horror movies! I’m not into them too much. I feel for the people too much. I absolutely can’t stand movies like ‘SAW”. It’s overwhelming gory and it never has a satisfactory ending. I’m more into movies like “Halloween Town” and “Twitches” to get me into the spirit.

Internet Hollywood: Last question; for safety reasons, what are a couple of things every person should keep in mind if they decide to go out trick or treating, partying, or any other special occasion this year?

Sarah: Always be with a friend and make sure someone knows where you are at and the plans. Definitely have your phone fully charged and if you have a portable charger bring it. If your walking in dark areas use a flashlight or wear something that shines/reflect. It’s always better to be safe than sorry!

Internet Hollywood: Thank you so much for the interview, Sarah! I hope you enjoy your Halloween!
