Former congressman Michael Grimm has been sentenced to eight months in prison for tax evasion after pleading guilty to federal tax evasion charges last December. Grimm was charged after prosecutors accused him of underreporting wages and revenue at Healthalicious, a restaurant he co-owned in Manhattan leading him to resign from Congress.
