LAPD Releases Footage Of An Officer Choking A Man To Death While In Custody

Prince Vega – A family has won a $3 million dollar settlement over the death of a man who was choked to death by a few officers while in custody back in 2012. Vachel Howard died while in custody at the 77th Street Community Police Station in Los Angeles after he was arrested on a DUI charge.
