Internet Hollywood: Happy New Year Juliette! Before we begin, I would like to say Happy New Year and welcome to the Internet Hollywood universe. This is our very first interview together. I’m definitely excited to see some of your answers to some questions I wrote up for you. How has your new year been going so far? Have you made a resolution?

Locke: Happy New Year to you too and thank you for having me! My New Year was great, it was enjoyed surrounded by loving friends and family which I’m glad I brought in the New Year with them. I don’t usually make New Year’s resolutions but if I were to focus one of my goals as a resolution it would be my most recent one which is to focus on myself and continue to make Dean’s List every semester at Bridgewater State University.

Internet Hollywood: You were pretty active in the last few months. I saw a beautiful picture of you walking in Malva Janaby’s clothing in a fashion show in December. Care to fill us in on what that show was about and how you ended up in it?

Locke: Thank you! I modeled for Malva Janaby back in August of 2016 which was my first year modeling. The picture that was posted this past December was a throwback because it was one of my favorite pieces I’ve modeled in! It was a gorgeous dress made by an awesome and talented designer, Malva Janaby. It was the “grand finale” piece of that show which was the Janaby Reflection show. I ended up in the show after I went to the casting call which I heard of through the people I had networked within the couple months I had been modeling which started in April 2016 for me!

Internet Hollywood: What are some of the things you are working on now?

Locke: Right now I just got done working on a 21st birthday photo shoot and I received the edited pictures from the photographer @Ajthroughmylens and they’re amazing! I have posted them throughout my Instagram as well as personal Facebook and I will be adding them to my Facebook Modeling page soon. Other than modeling, I am still attending school as a Business Management major with a concentration in Marketing at Bridgewater State University.

Internet Hollywood: You continue to build yourself as a strong independent model and your work could be found on your social media pages. Are there other things you want to focus on as a career?

Locke: I mainly want to focus on building my own brand and business. I would love to be an entrepreneur while doing real estate on the side. I plan to move to Florida when I graduate which will help me with my opportunities making them unlimited.

Internet Hollywood: You were recently promoting things related to health. How important do you feel it is for everyone engaging in any field to focus on their health?

Locke: I think it is extremely important for everyone to focus on their health and engage it into everything you do. It is so important to feel good about yourself, set your own standards and goals and work towards that. It’s hard to ignore society and all the expectations it throws at you but we are our own person and the only thing that matters is how we view ourselves.

Internet Hollywood: who are some of the people you would like to collaborate with and what is your favorite and least favorite theme to do when it comes to photo shoots?

Locke: I am open to collaborating with anyone.

Internet Hollywood: Last question; what is the biggest lesson you learned in 2017?

Locke: I’ve learned a lot of lessons throughout the year 2017. I’ve learned to love life to the fullest and treat every day like it could possibly be your last. With all of the tragedies going on in this country and around the world you have to be thankful for every moment you have, work hard for what you want, and surround yourself with positivity and happiness. No matter what life throws at you, remember that every obstacle you are faced with helps to shape you into the person you become and to never forget to love that person you become.

Internet Hollywood: Thank you for the interview, Juliette!
