I invited the model to do another interview with me and discussed some of her latest plans and projects for this year. It’s been a while since I talked to her and I’m glad we finally had the chance to catch up. I hope you enjoy reading the interview!

Internet Hollywood: What’s up Jayn?! I appreciate you taking your time to do your second interview with us. It’s been a while since we last chatted and I’m glad we could finally chop things up again. I’m looking forward to you answering my questions again, so let me begin. How has things been going for you and what are some of the new things you’re working on for the new year?

_

Lady Jayn: Hi! I’m so happy to get to talk to you again. I’ve been great I’ve been working on so much it’s crazy, I’m already booking into the summer and I have so much coming out I can’t wait to share with you all. I may have a few surprises for the summer months but they’re secrets for now just until everything is confirmed!!! Sooo keep watching because it’s gunna be fun!

_

Internet Hollywood: It’s getting a whole lot warmer outside and many talented people have been plotting some of their photo shoots for the warm weather. Have you came up with any ideas to try out for the warmer season?

_

Lady Jayn: Oh yes I have cabin fever! I can’t wait to get out in the sun and actually be able with work with natural light and the water and not be turning blue while I do it. lol. I absolutely have ideas of things we will be working with and without giving to much away there will be motorcycles involved.

_

Internet Hollywood: Congratulations on your publication in Tattoo Magazine! I remember reaching out to you before when I found out you ended up on the front cover last year. What was the feeling like seeing yourself in that magazine and is magazines something you want to continue aiming for in the future?

_

Lady Jayn: Being on the cover of tattoo was an honor. I still think about how amazing it was. We actually framed one and it hangs in my house. I actually just did my second publication in Sour magazine issue 99 as a centerfold! I’m defently working towards a few more magazines and possibly more if everything goes to plan so we’ll see.

_

Internet Hollywood: Has anything changed about how you view things as an independent model now that your becoming more experienced compared to how it was when you was starting out?

_

Lady Jayn: Oh my god yes. When I started I used to think I had to do anything the photographer said and alot of the time I wasn’t exactly comfortable. Now I’ve realized that I have total say in what I’m doing and who I work with. I’ve gotten rather picky about who I work with now as well because so many people out there like to call them selves professionals when really all they want is to get close to a model so now I’m very cautious about who I’m working with and what I’m doing.

_

Internet Hollywood: What kind of people are you hoping to connect more with this year and what are some of the goals you have set in place to get you closer to where you need to be?

_

Lady Jayn: I’m currently getting much more tattoo work done on my body and I’m hoping this year I will get to meet more artists who want to showcase more of my ink than just glamour. As for goals I’m really just expanding my networks. Instagram has been a huge help where I can connect with many very interesting and talent people in my industry soooo follow me! @jessiejayn_dalton.

_

Internet Hollywood: What kind of message are you trying to send to everyone when you accomplish the goals you have set and what kind of advice would you like to give beginners that don’t know how to start off connecting with others to build their portfolios?

_

Lady Jayn: The message I really want to send is don’t ever let anyone ever say you can’t. I was told I’d never make it anywhere in life with all my tattoos. I was a very awkward ugly duckling growing up and I was bullied all through jr high and during high school I was labeled a freak because of how I looked/dressed. No one including myself would have ever believed that today I would be an international cover girl. So to everyone please don’t ever doubt yourself. To beginners I really cant express enough, be careful of who you work with. Not everyone out there is what they say and don’t think that if you turn someone down for a shoot or even an idea once you are already working with them that it will reflect poorly on your career. It’s better to be safe and to be comfortable. As for people to thank obviously all my photographers, make up artists, stylists all my crews my tattoo artists If it wasn’t for you guys non of this would happen. Also my fans without them I’d just be a girl in a photo. But mainly I’d really like to thank my soon to be husband, Rob. He works as my security and keeps me safe and has helped me so much with my journey he’s my biggest fan and my best friend so he deserves everything. So thanks babe! Thank you so much for having me again it’s been so much fun and I really hope to talk again soon and def check out SOUR!

Internet Hollywood: Thank you for the interview, Lady Jayn!
