Meek Mill sentenced to 2-4 years in prison for probation violation, lawyer claims the judge is corrupt and asked him to leave ROC Nation

Hip Hop / Rap – Hip Hop artist Meek Mill is the talk of the Hip Hop community after a judge in Philadelphia sentenced him to 2-4 years in prison. The sentencing shocked everyone in the courtroom and the hip-hop community and even caught the attention of Jay-Z, 50 Cent, Rick Ross, T.I. and more.

Jay-Z went on a short rant about the news during a concert that was held in front of thousands and stretched the fact that Meek Mill has been on probation for eleven years and violated for popping a wheelie on his dirtbike.

According to Meek Mill’s attorney Joe Tacopina, Judge Brinkley had a hostile relationship that stemmed back from long ago. He also claims she requested that Meek Mill do a track to Boyz II Men’s “One Bended Knee” and give her a shoutout in the song. When Meek laughed, Tacopina told TMZ, the judge said, “I’m not kidding.” After he refused, she responded, “Okay, suit yourself.”

Meek Mill’s attorneys are planning on appealing the rapper’s sentence.
