Topic of the Week (Halloween) – It has been a really busy week for here on Internet Hollywood since our topic of the discussion for this month became Halloween. My quest to get my questions answered about everyone’s holiday plans and have produced many stories that will be making its way to Internet Hollywood’s front page. I recently got in touch with independent model C.C. Marie to get the inside scoop on her holiday plans, favorite candy, movie taste, and more. I hope you enjoy reading the short interview!

Internet Hollywood: Hey Ciara! Welcome to the Internet Hollywood universe. Halloween has been a huge topic worth discussing in our universe and I’m happy you have decided to weigh in on the holiday and give us your thoughts and plans. How has planning for Halloween been going? Will you be doing any dressing up this year as well?

Marie: Hey Justin! Halloween is my favorite holiday and always so much fun every year. Whether it’s modeling for it or going to Salem with my best friends. Planning for Halloween has been pretty great. I don’t tend to go too too crazy costume wise because I love picking items out of my closet I may not wear year round and throwing it into a costume. This year I have a few ideas for dressing up that include practicing many make up techniques. Which I’m super excited about.

Internet Hollywood: I’m sure we all could agree that trick or treating is more exciting when we’re children. I use to remember having garbage bags filled with candy that we use to count up after we visited everyone’s houses. What were your favorite candies to get when you trick or treated and is there a special kind of dish you like eating around Halloween?

‘Marie: Trick or treating as a kid was always a blast with my family. 3 musketeers and starbursts were always my favorite. As well as, chocolate covered marshmallow anything. I’ve never really had special fish around Halloween, but I will always love grabbing a caramel apple to celebrate this spooky holiday!

Internet Hollywood: Another thing I have been learning about is the horror movies people were into while growing up. What were some of your favorite horror movies to watch growing up and which movie and character would you say was the most horrifying to watch?

Marie: I absolutely love horror movies and growing up, we didn’t watch too many until I became a teenager. When I was younger, I always loved Hocus Pocus and Halloweentown. The Disney classics. Anything like that. When I started loving horror I loved Dawn of the Dead (more funny to me than scary honestly) and the Saw movies. The Insidious movies and conjuring series are some of my favorites now. I love a good horror movie.

Internet Hollywood: Have you ever been through a haunted experience or experienced anything out of the ordinary that many people found hard to believe?

Marie: Hm, I would have to say yes. When I was young I used to have horrifying nightmares. But in about 2nd-3rd grade I was hearing voices at school that was really freaking me out. Of course, I was really young at the time so everything probably seems different than maybe it was for me. However, two of my schools are boarded up now. Kind of laughable in hindsight considering the voices stopped after I left that school.

Internet Hollywood: last question; if you were able to do a Halloween shoot what kind of photoshoot would it be, who would you like to dress up as in it, and do you have a photographer in mind that you feel could pull it off?

Internet Hollywood: Thank you for the interview, Marie!
